1891 / 1901 Lookup Freeman

I'm looking for the family of Elijah Freeman born 1834 Sibsey. Lincs.  Wife Hannah in  1891 and / or 1901 if posssible.

Last seen in the Rimswell area in 1881.  The known children all born in Rimswell.

Yes that's the family I'm after.  The missing son John married 1898.  He'll be around somewhere in the area no doubt.  Think that will have to be another post later

Hello my name is Annie Jeffs, I have been looking into my family history, and by chance came across your post on here. So I registered to this page so that I can tell you that Elijah Hubbard Freeman is my great great grandfather. He is buried in Rimswell cemetery, I found a photo of his tombstone. His son who married Edith Drewery  had several children including my grandmother Constance, her daughter kathleen is my mum. Best wishes Annie

hi Annie.  Tx for the post.  Freeman is a bit of a distant family to me but they all count.  If you dont already know John E Freeman's father was Elijah h Freeman who married Hannah Collinson.  His father was John E Freeman who married Jane Milson.  His father was Solomon who married into my tree to Ann Kingswood.  I have some Kingswoods if you like.

Hi Dave thanks for reply, I am new to all this, encouraged by my Uncle, he will be delighted by this new info. So, I have two lines of enquiry, one is that we are some how related to captain cook, this must be via his sister as all his kids died before having kids, she married a 'Fleck' so am trying to work it out from there, at the other end of the tree, i see listed the children of John edward freeman, there are 9 listed but curiously my grandma who was one of the youngest is not listed. Anyway very excited to have traced a living relative ! however remote. Best Wishes Annie
