1901 Kingswood Leeds
« on: Wednesday 21 November 07 00:05 GMT (UK) »
Hi
I'm now looking for the whereabouts of John A Kingswood born 1865 Leeds.
He was living at 6 Cliffdale St Leeds in 1891 married to Ann Eliza.
Any help welcome.
Kind regards
Dave

Hi Dave,

I've strruggled to find a family with the names matching exactly, but the following one has distinct similarities - matching ages, birthplaces etc. - and seems a definite possibility.

The 'William' could well be the 'John W.' from the 1891 census.

Anyway, see what you think.

Thanks for the look up
There aren't that many Kingswoods in Leeds so the family you found will be correct.  As for the wife, he married an Elizabeth in 1866 but in 1891 she was Ann Eliza.  As for Carry I've no idea.  Also fed up with ancestors using their middle names, too confusing at times.
Thanks again
Dave
