Clonave
« on: Thursday 08 November 07 22:23 GMT (UK) »
My Blake ancestors were from Clonave.  I believe that it is, or was, in Westmeath in the area of Multyfarnham.  Does anyone know about Clonave and where it is?

There's a townland called CLONAVA in County Westmeath. Could this be it?
Barony- Moygoish
Civil Parish- Street
Poor Law Union- Mullingar
Province- Leinster

see www.thecore.com/seanruad to find townland and parish names (make sure you change default setting from exact match)
Away sorting out DNA matches... I may be gone for some time many years!
