John Heard of Tollesbury

Hi,

Does anybody have any information on John Heard, born in Tollesbury around 1760 and I believe he was an Oyster Dredger.

He had sons Joseph and Daniel, born 1788 and 1791 resp. and they also were Oyster Dredgers.

Checking through the Tollesbury Parisg records, I have found the marriages of two John Heards, both of similar age, one married to Elizabeth Motts and the other married to Sarah ?.

I am currently researching my family history and have documentation of family from Daniel HEARD B:1791 died 1875 (84) onwards.

Daniel (someimes Danil) married Phebe (Sometimes Pheab) B1799 to 1866 (67) If you have any further info I'd be very grateful.

Thanks for your email.

My interest is with Daniel Heard,s first wife - Lydia Bell  (married Tollesbury 26 May 1812 and died 29 Sept 1819), who had a daughter - Priscilla born 1813 (cannot find her birth).
After Lydia's death Daniel remarried your Phoebe Bell (m.30 May 1820 d 26 may 1870 Toll;esbury)

I believe Daniel's father was John Heard (b.14 Jan 1750 Tollesbury)who married Sarah Chalice 7 March 1784 Tollesbury (I think).
I have a will for a John Heard, which mentions a son Daniel, an Oyster Dredger, but I cannot be certain that this is the same John Heard.

This is as far as my research has taken me - hope to pursue further once time allows
