A quick clean of mum & baby please

Would it be possible for the attached picture
of Mum and baby be cleaned up a little please.
Unfortunately it does have some cellotape
damage

I have scanned pic at 600dpi.

Have cleaned your photo a little also removed some of the background

I just did a slight cleanup,

I just wish I could get hold of that
" cellotape monster " who has
damaged so many of my mother's
old pics .

p.s. I think I may have been the culprit. or
maybe it was my sisters
