Lukie, I have a Massey family in Hayley Green Lutley Halesowen.  William who was actually born in Shropshire 1855.  By 1881/1891 he and wife Caroline Lea are in Hayley Green with children Agnes, William and George. mrswoman.

have you tried looking in a WOR phone book & getting in touch with anyone with that surname on the offchance - but dont forget an SAE as that puts the onus on them to at least reply
