Hebden Bridge 1841 or 1851 census
« on: Monday 22 October 07 19:24 BST (UK) »
Greetings,   This is another one for Thomas Smith.  He was born in Keighley but his children thought he was born in Hebden Bridge.  He would have been 3 or 4 in /41 census and 13 or 14 in /51 census.  Would someone check to see if he was living in Keighley or Hebden Bridge.   The old family tree has him connected to Cockshott family of Kildwick Hall.   THE MYSTERY DEEPENS.    Thorny     Thanks in advance.

There does appear to be another Thomas of the same age born in Keighley, father's occupation is a Stone Mason.

Plus another aged 4 living in Kildwick born to a Weaver.

If you would like these details - please don't hesitate to ask.

Pels  :)
