Thanks for posting this link.  Question:  Do you think there's much info there that isn't already available on IGI or SMI? 

 I've got dial-up so such a huge download would take a lot of time and I'm wondering if it's worth it.

The file is 77mb and 432 pages long.

It is quite a download - but to me it is worth it as I have done so much work and transcriptions in the Lewes area.

Not sure if the ordinary family researcher will find it so helpful.

I had a quick look and there is a Djvu which you can use to view it, if you have the software for that of course!

Comparing entries with those on the SMi look like this (just a couple I picked at random)

Apr. 24 1671 Samuel HULL of Stening, tanner, bachelor, & Elizabeth

Extract from the SMI:

Extra Information: Sponsors ss: S.H. Thos ALDERTON

Judge for yourself which gives the most information - as you can see, some occupation information is usually added
