Its been several Years since i Last Looked at Clendinnens in Earlston Berwickshire My gggrandfather was Rev John C Clendinnen born circa 1770 in Downnpatrick Co Down And According to another Clendinnen Researcher he may Connect to a Joseph Clindinning in Co Down who married a Betty Mcelroy Joseph died Circa 1816 He had a Son Henry Who went to Earlston Looks like the name reverted back to Clendinnen there Interested in anyone researching this family and if they have done dna studies I have thru Ancestry and Ftdna
