Yes but a  lot of baptisms especially in early Australia  depened on  a minister or church being  handy.  Often  the family  would have to  travel many, many miles to  a church or minister to have a baby baptised.  That is why you  often see the same baptisimal dates for a number of children born  to one couple.  Circumstances  often  meant  the couple would have  them all baptised together.

   v. William Buckley Rossiter was born 2 Oct 1862 in Ravenhurst, Cranbourne, Victoria, Australia, and died after 1901 in Wales, England.
   vi. Herbert Simon Rossiter was born 13 Dec 1864 in Ravenhurst, Cranbourne, Victoria, Australia, and died 22 Sep 1941 in Tasmania, Australia.

So can anyone add anything more, given this new information?

Just adding to this subject:-

"Ravenhurst" is the name of the property (it is not/was not a suburb or town) which was the station or run that formed the eastern section of the larger Garem Gam station situated on the Berwick Road, Cranbourne, Victoria.

I am the granddaughter of Claude Cecil and the great granddaughter of Charles (son of Benjamin & Zillah). All my information comes from recollections and bits and pieces of our family history written by my aunties and mum before they passed away and subsequent information which I have been able to marry up with the information that I have.  I may be wrong in some instances - that's why these posts are an important source to me.
