Thanks for your help regarding Emma. I will check these out. Fancy marrying someone with the surname Daft. 
Sounds a bit daft to me.

Daft is a very well known Nottingham name -some of the Dafts were well known cricketers

Have just found a poss. death for Joice Selina Barnes (or Selina Barnes) in 1898.
Is it please poss. to see if the family are on the 1901 Census?
