theres not much wrong with this photo as my mum had it restored at max speillman but there is still one mark on the baby's face dont know what it is but it spoils the photo can anyone help thanks

wow thanks thats amazing my mum paid £20 to get this photo restored but they couldnt take out the mark thanks my mum will be chuffed thanks
