The online sources I have seen are all similar to the following ...
Phoebe DAVIS was born on 10 Oct 1828 in Kinnerly, Shropshire, England. She died on 13 Nov 1872 in American Fork, Utah. Parents: Edward DAVIS and Elizabeth JASPER.She emigrated with her parents and siblings on the Zetland from Liverpool in 1849.
She certainly had many children born in American Fork following her marriage to Stephen Chipman. I don't think she ever returned to England.

i think that you have been looking up George Biles on the 1881 cencus. I am a descendant of Blanche, his daughter. do you have any more information about their lives?
