If Mary Jane Huey's parents were Protestant and married after 1845 there is a chance you will be able to get a marriage certificate for them (civil registration of Protestant marriages began 1845, Catholic marriages from 1864 like births and deaths). Otherwise you will need to know the family's relgion and where they lived in order to locate church records (if they still exist).

 Hi
She is born in 1828-9 and her mother is living still in Leckpatrick valuation in 1854..could I get a death record for herMother at PRONI?

Does Tyrone have a Research Centre for Catholic births?
I do not know the religion..most of my immigrants are Catholic..

Civil registration of deaths began 1864 so if her mother died after that date you should be able to get a birth for her (although I have had problems finding some early deaths which don't seem to be registered). To order a certificate you need to have an idea of date within a year or two.
Checked LDS catalogue for Leckpatrick but the only microfilmed records they have are 1901 & 1911 census.

P.S. here's the link for Tyrone: www.irish-world.com (however they will likely be quite expensive. I have seen some of their research and would avoid them like the plaque myself )
