Jebber identified the Regimental cap badge as being Royal Artillery.
There are medal index cards available at The National Archives for 5 men named John Unsworth, who were in the Royal Field Artillery, who received medals in WW1 - looking at the image references for them it looks like for one £3.50 you'd get them all, as you get 6 images to a page. Here is the link

To narrow down your options you can cross reference their numbers with the information on ancestry.com, but it maybe that you would have to go to The National Archives, and ferret for more information there
