hi all
another possible burial place might be Christ Church, Burntwood - on the corner of Church Road and Farewell Lane. Farewell Lane off of the main A590 towards Lichfield (Woodhouses and Edial are also reached off this road too).
Here's a link for the Church Website whereby you can make contact:

Graham

Was in Chase Terrace yesterday. Asked an elderley cousin about Bridge Cross Farm and she said the Bridge Cross Working Mans Club was built on the site. She also thought your burials would have been at Chasetown but........... if any died in Burntwood then could be buried in local church yard tho it ain't all that big.

Thank You both Jim and Graham,
If I get there to Lichfield I will go on a trawl. I am going to get in touch with Christ Church as well see what that brings up.
regards
Anne.

I have no idea how old this thread is, but I know where Thomas Sankey is buried, if you are still interested!
