Just in case anybody is still interested in the future I'll keep posting stuff I find;
Liverpool Certified Industrial School's (1864), Everton Terrace, Liverpool, for 200 boys. Age preferred 6 to 13. Inmates (1887) -204
The cost for food for each inmate averaged 2s 71/4d per week, and for clothing 11 1/2d - from 1875.
