Hi Suz, thankyou for all your help, you wouldn't believe the stuff I have now, I even found my great great grandfather Lewis living near his future wife. i don't know what made me look to see who else was living in the Street, but I did and found him and his family. I have never done that before, but now I have, I am going to keep doing it. I have printed loads and sent it to my cousin too. She wanted me to thank you too for all your help. You have been amazing. We are both sending the biggest hug ever for you. Lynn & Doreen. xxx

it's a pleasure- I usually look to see who "neighbours" are on the census - very often families lived close together

Glad your research is progressing so well

Hi Scouse_mouse

I'm a decendant of Stephen Powlson, born in All Saints, Derbyshire, c1908 and married Mary, living in Hazlewood Derbyshire. One of their Children was Naomi, but born in c1840. Could this be Naomi Powlson Rees' Mother? Another of their children was  Stephen born 1842 in Duffield

Would be interested to hear more of what you know and see if our trees link together. Mine is in detail on Ancestry.com.....

Did Stephen and Mary have a daughter Emma, born about 1830? If so, then we are linked, she was my 3rd great grandmother. Lynn
