We use different stamps!"- get International Reply Coupons from your local post office. The person can get stamps at their local post office with them.
Maybe the English are more used to them - someone sent me one years ago - I didn't know what to do with same so it got binned - If someone so many thousands of miles away doesn't want to pay for a stamp they are probably not going to answer the letter
