Hi,
I have a Martha Alford, b1850 in Gillingham, Dorset, who married William Alexander at Orcheston St Mary in 1876.

Her parents were James Alford and Martha Gregory (formerly Shepherd).

Are these connected to any of your trees?

If so, I would appreciate any help on the ancestry of James.

Thankyou,
John A.

I remember in the East Knoyle marriage transcriptions I finished recently there were marriages for Amelia 1848, Louisa 1862 and Winifred 1888 Alford (all of East Knoyle or Knoyle), Martha Alford 1808 and Joseph Alford of Portsea 1816,
I am happy to post more details of any of these if anyone wants.  (Too lazy to just do it LOL)
