That is all the information I have.
I only just found the marriage of Mary Taunton to Ross Hutton this afternoon.

The only other thing I can think of is that he was know as Jack or Will
Have spoken to my Mum this after noon and she thinks that John's second wife's name may have been Madge.

Have checked NSW BMD for at Marriage for John Taunton after 1937 and non is listed.
He may have married in Qld.
