Bright Waltham is not on a modern map.  According to Genuki it used to have two alternative names one of which is Brightwalton.  I guess that this place is now only known as Brightwalton.

having lived in or around Brightwalton I can tell you there are no alternative spellings of our village,it is BRIGHTWALTON

I too, live near Brightwalton and can tell you that is is often referred to as Brightwaltham in old (and not so old) documents.
