Temporary vehicle set-down in Stanley Place, access via Grey Street, Montague Road, the Cultural Centre tunnel or Peel Street.

Cultural Centre Busway Station in Melbourne Street.

By TRAIN
South Brisbane Station, corner of Melbourne and Grey Streets.

The CityCat and City Ferry terminals are located at South Bank 1 CityCat terminal.

The State Library is a short walk from the Central Business District across Victoria Bridge and South Bank Parklands.

Just a hint.

Make sure you tell the Bus Driver, Ticket Seller or whomever -

That

you want to go to the STATE LIBRARY
or to the CULTURAL CENTRE

The Bus Stop is CULTURAL CENTRE
Do NOT  say SouthBank!!!
It's a long walk from that stop

Good advice.  I was there the other week and my sister can't walk far, so we got a taxi from South Bank to the Library hehe..

So yeah make sure you get the right stop to stop the walking..
