Edo, my mother is as 'well bred' as I am ........ she lives next door to me in the Granny Flat.   She'd been over to UK for a funeral ....... but she came back .. . . ..

I am not sure *how* I can get to Brisbane from Toowoomba - bus or something.. but I really want to come.

I haven't been to the State Library before, and I am really looking forward to this.

If I drive you can certainly come with me.  Still considering that - very bad at driving in Brisbane when I don't know where I am going!!    Otherwise, I'll know what buses we can catch!

The State Library is magnificent, in a word.  Makes you proud to be a Queenslander (like many other things!)

Will be back in touch with you soon about our Toowoomba miniscule meet, now that the trauma of the root canal procedure is subsiding!  Doesn't look as though anyone wants to join us...
