Right ............ update on Library.   I've just been talking to Stephanie (from the Library) and she's advised me Oct 7th is the WORST day we could have gone down on.   They are going to be very short staffed on that day with only four members there.

I've booked two reader/printers for anyone who wishes to use them so that's OK.   I reeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeely need numbers for who will be there and Stephanie said she would do what she could re a short tour of facilities.

Hi Barbara,

Could you put me down as a probably not. I'll keep a note of where you'll all be and if I manage to make it, you'll get a lovely surprise (only joking).

I wouldn't be using any of the readers or other facilities, so will be very low maintenence. I'll be keeping my fingers crossed for a nice rainy day to keep the crowds away, so you'll have more of Southbank to yourselves ;).

I might get there yet though ...
