Here is a Povah in B.C. who may be descendant of Frederick or Arthur
with an email address which may not work anymore as it is live...
so maybe put POVAH family in your subject line to indicate that you aren't a spammer...I imagine he gets lots of it        J.J.

Hi, Sue,

It appears that my uncle, Dennis G Tilt (to be formally confirmed) married a Mavis Povah in Sunderland during the war (1944).

I was suprised to find the marriage of the council website as I thought I knew all the Tilt`s in this area (free search): http://www.sunderland.gov.uk/pages/registrars/
