1901
RG13/1836 106 19
Norwich, Norfolk
12 Whitefriars? St
4 rooms occupied

James Cotton, head, 44, Boot Finisher, b. Norwich
Sophia, wife, 44, b. Heckingdon
Sophia C, day, 24, Boot Fitter, b. Norwich
Martha Bracey, mother in law, wid, 70, b. do - blind
Emily E M Bracey, niece, 16, Boot Machinist, b. do.

1891
RG12/1521 29 6
Norwich, Norfolk
13 Bedding's Lane
3 rooms occupied

Martha Bracey, head, wid, 65, b. Norwich
Edward, son, wid, 30, out of work, b. do.
Emily, granddau, 7, scholar, b. do.

You'd need Emily's birth cert to prove that emily is Edward's daughter. There's a marriage for Edward to either Emily Co(m/rn)er or Eliza High in Sep 1883, and a death for an Emily Bracey age 22 in Sep 1884 ...
