You don't mention where she came from and when. Unless she arrived in U.K. very recently it would probably have been via ship (unless from Wales or Scotland to England). More information will help someone answer your questions.

wilhelmina came prior to 1881 she is on that census as a servant in lewisham came from germany ?lived in rhiensch i think it is spelt

Wilhelmina must have come by ship then. Not sure where Rheinsch is but there were so many shipping routes from Germany (my German relatives traveled from Saar and Bavaria from Antwerp in Belgium).

as far as i know the name of the place wilhelmina comes from is a district between Bergisch Gladbach and Cologne the name is Rheinsch maybe someone can offer where she would of travelled  from to england i am searching records that would have her date of birth

There is no district between Bergisch Gladbach and Cologne. Bergisch Gladbach is a town in the "Rheinisch-Bergischer Kreis". "Kreis" - literally translated circle - is comparable to the British county.
Cologne (the county is named after the city Cologne) is one of neighboring counties to the Rheinisch-Bergischer Kreis. The R-B K has a county twinning to Cumbria in England.
There are eight municipalities in the Rheinisch-Bergischer Kreis (sorted by size):

3. Leichlingen

Maybe one of these names sounds familiar to you?

Edit: I don't think that gives an indication how she travelled to England. Distancewise, it does not really matter if you travel from there via one of the Dutch harbors, Bremen, Hamburg or one of the smaller German harbors.
