Can anyone decipher this name? It's driving me nuts!!

Yes i'm sure it's signed by Annie.

By the way the stamp is missing because i steamed it off in 1975 when i was a "wet behind the ears" stamp collector.

Shoes possibly bought large to allow plenty of room for growth or were hand-me-downs?
