Shearn from London specificly Islington

hi my ancestors all seem to be from London Islington area. is there anyone out there who is related to or has the names Jacob Shearn (there are 5 in my tree from 1794 onwards) Alfred Shearn(2 in my tree) or any relation to them? i would be really interested in making contact or any photos

Hi - I have Shiers/Shires who originate in Yorkshire/Lancashire and arrive in Shoreditch, Islington, Clerkenwell, etc., London by 1800.  I recall seeing Shears as an alternative spelling to consider for these people and wonder if the final 's' could be mis-read/transcribed as an 'n'?  Just a thought, may be. 🙂
