Connor, Seaham Harbour lookup request

Any information on George Connor and Hannah Jane Connor. Known to be married and in Seaham Harbour around 1910 to 1913. Hannah Jane died in April 1913 (from the records at St Johns church).

Any information gratefully received as I can't find anyone likely in the 1901 census.

Hi Michael,

www.freebmd.rootsweb.com has a marriage for a George S Connor 1911 March Qu Sunderland 10a 920 with a Hannah J.H. Maw on the same page.

There's also a death for Hannah J Connor aged 22 1913 Jun Qu Easington 10a 540 (Easington registration district covers Seaham)
birth for Hannah Jane Maw 1892 March Qu Sunderland 10a 636

Thank you very much Barbara, that sounds like them. I will keep digging for a birthplace for George, (I think it should be Cumberland).

probably best to get the marriage cert to help get further back, as then you should know George & Hannah's fathers names & occupations, also George's age would help as there are several George Connors in 1901 census
