Ellen Kirk - Queenstown ,Cork

I am hoping that someone may be able to help me find info about a Ellen KIRK b abt 1839 in Queenstown, Cork, Ireland.

Ellen Kirk  in 1854 came out to South Australia to live.
I am told that her father name was Thomas KIRK and mother ??

Ellen Kirk was my great grandmother, she is buried in the town of chiltern victoria where I was born and grew up, my grandmother was her daughter. her father also died there , not much imformation on the irish side of my family as yet, cant seem to find a mother

Are you wanting any info about Ellen Mason nee Kirk?
I also do not have any Mother for her, only a Father.

think the family has most of what we can get, name and date of ship they came out here on ,passenger list,have plenty on the mason side,but only minor on the kirk side. would appreciate any information you have ,cant seem to get any more family imfo for that side

All I have is that Ellen Kirk b about 1839 County Cork Ireland, Died 28.11.1913 Chiltern,
Parents  Father -Thomas Kirk, b 1817 and Mother- Mary Elizabeth Auld,
b 1828-1914.
Can you tell me who her Daughter was and the father you have mentioned that died there?
Are you able to give me any info about the Mason side that you have?
I am related to the Mason side.

have quite a bit of information on her and children my grandmother was violet mason, know a lot about them  a bit involved lol but ellen kirk and thomas had 10 children go to www.families unearthed.com type in the search bar joseph mason ellen kirk and you will get a heap of info on family who is who etc    i would send it to you , bur just got on this site and not sure if can,      if you have any problems let me know and will work out a way to get it to you i even have passenger list of ships mason brothers came out on

photo great grandmother ellen kirk also stone recently put on grave in chiltern cemetary, hope you can open them
