Hello I do not know if i am going about this the right way so please forgive me if i am not. I found some names in a family bible which had a dedication in it to John Clough Green Grandson who was born in 1893 Bombay, & it was signed your Loving Grandmother D Clough Nottingham & dated I am having difficulty finding any D Cloughs any where, also the connection between the Cloughs & Greens as the name Clough Green also appears 2 generations back with a George Henry Clough Green not sure where he was born, he appears as George Henry Hough Green in records & was married to a Margaret Seake or Leake, he was the father of George Clough Green born 1854 Bombay & grandfather of John Clough Green I am hoping you may find something in the local Church that could throw some light on the issue.
