1891 census surname Jones

Hi Please can anybody help me? 
i am looking for a  Ernest J.Jones born 1852  Lambeth ,London he worked as a firework maker maybe in  Kent although not sure.Found him in 1881 he lived with his father Edward Hy Jones born 1822 also firework maker living in greenwich.Also found in 1901 in Colchester,Essex with wife Catherine and children but where oh where is he in 1891 should have at least one child Catherine born 1890.
Please can someone find him

If you are looking on Ancestry he is transcribed as "Ernent James". I used another source.
