Just noticed Liz's reply to your thread.  I am so sorry for misleading you, crike knows where I got 30 miles from  ???.  I am a frequent visitor to Swindon I should of known better.  I hope you got it all sorted out in the end.

Just thought you might like to know that Baydon is the highest village in Wiltshire and is a short walk away from the Ridgeway.
