I am just one of the many volunteers on here who has helped the Original Poster, weemalla, who is obviously the one seeking questions to your grandmother. I notice that the poster hasn't been online lately, but should get a notification of this thread.
You have already made two posts, so one more is needed to enable the PM system (Private Message), the little scroll that is showing. Green when we are online and grey when we are off .... doesn't matter if it is off, you can still send a message. That way the Original Poster and you can talk off line privately.
