St. Augustine and St. Faith is better known as  St Augustine With St Faith or St Augustine Watling St (it was united with St. Faith Under St. Paul in 1670).

I can suggest some possible steps:

Check the church records - both parish records and bishops transcripts if they exist - for St. Augustine/St. Faith - marriages around 1797, also births and deaths of the same period, looking for any and all Rylands who lived in the area.  There may be more information in the original marriage record, even if it's just 'of this parish' or 'of the parish of...' If you get really lucky, she'll be listed in the baptisms of St. Augustine/St. Faith.
Try and find out - possibly mentioned in births or marriages of their children - what Harry's occupation was - in case he had the same trade as his father-in-law.
Try and find the death of Amelia - as well as Harry - to get an idea of when she was born.
