Dailly is near Maybole in South Ayrshire.   The Loudoun Kirk is nr Galston, East Ayrshire and there is a burial for Hood, connected to the name Watt.  I can give you a full inscription and photograph of the memorial stone  if this is who you are looking for.
Ayrshire:- Wilson, Donald, Pearson, Milligan, Wallace
Surrey:- Langford, Mullard, O'Neill
Special interest:- Loudoun parish

Hi Stephen,

If your offer still stands, could you have a look for me for Janet Robertson, maiden name Speir or Spear, I believe died about 1807 in Dailly.  Any other Speir/s/Spear/s Robertson/Robisson would be very welcome!

Many thanks in advance,  Yvonne

Hello Stephen

I wonder if you would be so kind as to look up a burial on your Dailly and Loundoun list for me.  I am looking for the burial place of  a brother of my Grandfather who died on 21.1.1906 aged only 2 months.  He died on the Ailsa Craig.  His name was Alexander Gregor Taylor.

Thank you for your help.

Maureen

Hi Stephen

I would be grateful if you'd check the Dailly monumental inscriptions for the grave of John Johnston, died around 1812. We know he was an elder of Dailly parish, so I presume he and his two wives were buried there.
Any details would be most gratefully received!

Charles

Can you find burials for Henry Diamond married to Jane McMath and anyone else buried there??  Daiilly layer 276/277

and any other family members  of Diamonds/McMath

.The other branch is  that of Cowan. Francis  cowan died 1851 aged 60 married to Agnes Alexander ;their son Charles  married to Mary
McVean in 1851 in straiton( or McIlwean (depending on the spelling))and their daughter Annie Ard Cowan married to James Diamond(my (gg gran dmother) from dailly

There are so many good folk helping we  family searchers-many thanks.
