1901 Look up please - Cardiff?
« on: Thursday 19 July 07 21:18 BST (UK) »
I've just received a marriage certificate for my great grandparents, very exciting as I know nothing about this line at all and there is nobody living with any information.
I would be very grateful if someone can find any of-
Mary Jane Russell born c 1879, father Robert Russell, coal weigher. Address in 1903 is Harriet St, Cardiff.
William Thomas born c1882, pastry chef. Father is George Thomas, iron dresser. Address in 1903 is Cotrell Rd, Cardiff.

Thank you very much for any help.

Louise

Wow thank you that was so quick and lots of really interesting information, I'm paticularly excited to find Scottish ancestors, that's new and now I can try to find which hotel they were working at, and did Mary Jane meet her husband there as he was a chef? Thank you so much.
And I noticed a mysterious little grandchild with a different surname, lots to investigate  ;D
