Harriett Holland
« on: Wednesday 18 July 07 22:42 BST (UK) »
Hello

My Great Grandmother was Harriett Holland born around 1862 in the Bermondsey area of London.
She had a sister called Elizabeth who i believe was nicknamed Bettie.
Elizabeth emigrated to Canada.

I am hoping to find them on a census together?

Kind regards

Lucy ;)

I have just managed to look on the 1911 census for Harriet Holland and she was by then married so called Harriet Brooks.
Harriet was born in 1863 in Surrey, Bermondsey ;D

Hello,
I'm glad you have her there but not sure whether you are thinking that you have the right one in 1871  ???

I can't see a marriage for her, nor can I spot her in 1901 as Harriet Brooks.

If you are still searching for her in any censuses, please let me know with any further details re marriage.

regards
heywood
