Hello, I have the marriage cert of Charles and Harriet Phillips.
I can't read the witness's first name with the surname Phillips?
can anyo understand what it says?

hmmm yes. does look like Noah. well... I don't know anything about a Noah. I think I have all the Phillips in my tree and there is no Noah. wonder who he is
