william green smith born 1853  and living around fleet or
quadring during the 1861 and 1871 census

           Did a search for you on ancestery.com.l think l found what you was looking for,but its wrong way round concerning names ie RICHARD SMITH,b1849 FLEET BOSTON LINCS,he was in lodgings.

    WILLIAM SMITH b1812 SURFLEET BOSTON LINCS,his wife was called MARY b1822 BOSTON,they had 6 children 2xAlfreds,Charlotte,Elizabeth,Ellen,Thomas
