Hi. Have just joined and my husband's ancestor came from Gloscestershire.Names I'm looking for are:Fletcher
                                                                    Cave
                                                                     Postlethwaite

His mother was Kathleen Elsie Fletcher b 1920 was supposed to be one of 21 siblings and half siblings!. So far have only traced 5 or 6.  Fletchers were in stroud late 19th century but may have come from Wooton under edge area. A sister of kathleen was a Mrs. Mills of stroud in 1941 but unable to trace a marriage.Would love to hear from anyone researching these names

I'm looking for BARRINGTONs in Bristol. That's my mother's maiden name. My g-grandfather was Frank William Barrington, born June 1881 and married to Mary Lamb in 1905. His father was William George Barrington, born June 1853 and married to Caroline Westerman in 1876. His father was also called William George Barrington and he was married to Elizabeth Flynn... when, I don't know. Of course, I'm also interested in the Lambs, Westermans and Flynns. I don't expect much joy here with the g-grandparents, as they lived and died in the London area, but the others are all very much Bristol and I believe the family roots go deep into Gloucester and Somerset. Needless to say, any help would be greatly appreciated and I have much to share in return, so please get in touch if any of these names ring any bells.

Thank you for taking the time to read and all the best with your own family research.
Barrington, Westerman (originally from Hannover), Long (originally from Prussia), Lorymore, Flyng, Porter - all Bristol, Gloucestershire.
Grimes - Bridgwater, Somerset.
Lamb - Poplar, Essex, Hither Green, Kent.
Dwan, Turner, Cole, Carter, Walker, Kay, Hughes, Maplesden - all St Olaves/Bermondsey/Rotherhithe/Southwark/Stepney/Lambeth/Wandsworth.

Hi
I'm researching the LEWIS and PEARCE families from Bisley/Chalford area.
Thomas Lewis (c:1852) married Catherine Pearce (b:1857) in Chalford Tabernacle in 1876.

Thomas's parents were Thomas Lewis and Elizabeth Ann Bowyer.
Catherine's parents were Henry Pearce and Elizabeth ?

Any link to the above families would be great
