Charlotte Golding - Clean up please

Hi folks

It is a little quiet on the board, so I thought I would take advantage  .  This picture of my GGGrandmother is a little worse for wear  .  Can anyone make her presentable please.  It is well past my skills  .  I have a close up of her face which is in much better condition, but I would like to see if the whole picture can be saved if possible 

Any help would be appreciated

Sorry Jim, it's the old story I'm afraid the picture was lent to me and it is a copy someone has taken, I assume with a camera and the original was not square to the camera.  I only have the scan now as I have returned the picture to my relative.

George, what more can I say, I love it and I thank you for your wonderful restore.  I have saved the larger version you sent. 

I do know how time consuming this hobby is, so thank you all for your trouble and know that I really do appreciate what you have done and the skills you have used to do it
