Put as much info as you can on and we'll do our best. As regards the DPA our records are similar to Church records and being a fraternal organisation we have no issues.
The LOL in Liverpool is in a process of depositing minute books to Liverpool Library at present and if all Lodges deposited their books there would be thousands of minute books - these will be subject to the DPA but accessible with consent from the Order - Library rules

I will say though that Gen enquiries from 1900 ish are rearely successful unless the person was an officer where detailed records exist - sole members of the LOL who went no further are hard to trace
