I have not found the Holley family in either the 1891 or the 1901 census but I can tell you that they were not at this address in either of these censuses.
30, Station St., Stratford, housed 2 families & all the houses in the street appear to be normal dwelling houses with one or two families, but you can see that the Farmer family took in boarders so perhaps the Holleys were transient boarders only staying a short while.
