I have Fowler Ancestors from Harlington and Toddington area and would appreciate it ery much if anybody could look through any type of record source for any of them!! Most of them had avery interesting lives and got about a bit! Many reports in local newspapers i think!!!

Hello,
Thankyou ever so much for the replies that i have got so far, both very helpful!! My direct ancestor is Ezra Fowler and then his daughter Rosina born 1881, she marries a Summerfield and that is where my Fowler line begins!! I notied that Phoebe gave Rosina's birth date which i did not have, so thank you, i only before had a rough date.

Please, if anybody could keep looking then i would be so grateful!!
Also, if there is any time to look for Summerfield's from the area or mainly from Sundon and Clophill!!

I am descendant of a Edmund Fowler from Leighton Buzzard, Bedfordshire, England early 1500's married 1580. My tenth great grandfather, he had a son Thomas B 1583 Leighton Buzzard, Bedfordshire, England, he had a daughter Dorothy Fowler b 1613 Leighton Buzzard, Bedfordshire, England she married a Robert Spufford Toddington Bedfordshire, where the family Spufford has been living for over 300 years.

Dorothy Fowler (Spufford) is my eight great grandmother.

I know we are related to Sir Richard Fowler somehow, I am certain he would be my 24th great grandfather.
