LANGRIDGE Edward, Completed thanks

Hi Rozzy
Do you know any more about Edward's ancestry before he went to Australia? I'm hunting for the parents of a James Langridge, born in Tunbridge Wells in about 1824. I have quite a lot of information on him after that but haven't been able to find any record of his birth. Could there be a link to your branch of the Langridge clan??

Hi Katie

Edward has been difficult to track down unfortunately.  He was born in
Brighton, and apparently moved to Kent at some stage.  It appears that
this is where his wife lived.

Another thread, in the Sussex Completed Lookup Requests, covers his
parents Joseph and Binnie, in Brighton.

There are quite a few Langridges in Kent, so it would probably be wise to
start a new topic with your question.  I'll keep an eye on any replies on this,
and if I can see any connection will get in touch again.
