The Premises are holden under William CRACKENTHORPE, Esq. as Parcel of his Manor of Ousby and Bank, by payment of the ancient yearly Fine certain Rent of £1, and the yearly Customary Rent of 6s. and other Duties and Services.The Premises are entitled to a Right of Common upon the extensive Wastes adjoining.
