"Who Knew" so many would try!!!! -They are all great,  I am trying the suggestion of scanning in colour, works!
also thought it was earlier; but  ambrotype photos are 1854-60's - it has to be in Ontario, Canada.    Thank you all for your quick and time consuming help -     ml

Thanks Jim ...there were only 2 colours ..and various tones/shades of browns and greens !!! I'm surprised no one else has coloured it ..... :-\

lol! Polldoll, it took me so long to do it in b/w let alone colour! Thought yours were beautifully coloured, liked all of them!

Please acknowledge when a restorer works on your photos, it can take hours for them to work their magic

Please scan at 300dpi minimum to help save the restorers eyesight.
